Data We Collect
1. Account Information
Name, email address, password (hashed using industry-standard bcrypt algorithms).
2. Birth Data
Date of birth, birth time (optional), birth location (optional) — used for astrological calculations to generate your personalized cosmic blueprint.
3. Images
Face photos and palm photos — used exclusively to generate personalized readings based on physiognomy and palmistry analysis.
4. Usage Data
App interactions, reading history, feature usage patterns to improve your experience.
5. Device Information
Device type, operating system version, app version for compatibility and troubleshooting.
How We Use Your Data
- Generate personalized face readings, palm readings, astrology charts, numerology reports, and compatibility analyses
- Improve AI reading accuracy and quality
- Send verification emails and account-related communications
- Process subscription payments (via RevenueCat — we do not store payment information directly)
How We Work With Technology Partners
AI Processing
We use advanced artificial intelligence to analyze your face photos, palm photos, and birth data (date, time, and place of birth) to generate deeply personalized readings across astrology, numerology, face reading, and palm reading. Our AI models are trained on and informed by over 1,000 years of astrological science, palmistry traditions, physiognomy research, and numerological wisdom literature. Photos and birth data are processed in real-time and are not retained by our AI technology partners and AI models beyond the immediate analysis session.
Cloud Storage
Your photos and account data are stored securely using industry-standard encrypted cloud storage with TLS/SSL encryption.
Payment Processing
Subscriptions are managed entirely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not directly collect, store, or process your payment information.
Communications
We use trusted email services to send account verification codes, password resets, and important account notifications.
Notifications
We may send push notifications for daily insights and personalized updates. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.
Our technology partners include Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Gemini, Cloudflare, RevenueCat, Twilio, SendGrid, and OneSignal. For technical details about how each partner processes data, contact support@revelia.me.
Image Data
- Face and palm photos are stored securely in Cloudflare R2.
- Images are used solely for generating your personalized readings.
- Images are sent to Anthropic's Claude AI for analysis — Anthropic does not retain images beyond the API processing window.
- You can delete your images at any time through the app's Profile settings.
Data Retention
- Account data is retained as long as your account is active.
- You can request deletion of all your data at any time (see Delete Account page).
- After account deletion, all personal data including images is permanently removed within 30 days.
Data Security
- All data is transmitted using TLS/SSL encryption.
- Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms (bcrypt).
- Images are stored in encrypted cloud storage.
- We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Children's Privacy
- Revelia is not intended for users under the age of 13.
- We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
- If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.
Your Rights
- Access: Request a copy of your personal data.
- Correction: Update inaccurate information through the app.
- Deletion: Delete your account and all associated data.
- Portability: Request your data in a portable format.

Changes to This Policy
