By downloading, installing, or using Revelia ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Revelia is operated by Nexxence LLC. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Revelia. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase subscriptions.

Account Terms

• One account per person. Multiple accounts are not permitted.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You must provide accurate information during registration.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Subscription Terms

• A free tier is available with limited features.
• Premium ($7.99/month or $59.99/year) and Premium Plus ($12.99/month or $89.99/year) subscriptions are available.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.
• Premium Plus subscribers receive additional features including Full Compatibility analysis for all relationship types, Name Destiny Analysis (1 credit per month, 12 credits with annual plan), Career Destiny Path, and Weekly Forecasts.
• Cancellation: Cancel through your device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
• Refunds: Governed by the respective app store's refund policy.
• Pricing may change with reasonable advance notice.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload images of other people without their consent.
• Use the app for harassment, stalking, or malicious purposes.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the app.
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free tier limits.
• Use automated systems or bots to interact with the app.

Intellectual Property

• Revelia, its logo, content, and AI-generated readings are the property of Nexxence LLC.
• You may share your personal readings via the app's share feature for personal, non-commercial use.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit Revelia's content, branding, or AI-generated outputs.

Content Generated by AI

• Readings are generated by AI and are unique to each user.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.
• AI outputs may vary between sessions and are for entertainment purposes.

Limitation of Liability

• Revelia is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We are not liable for any decisions made based on readings provided by the app.
• Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for subscriptions in the past 12 months.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Termination

• You can delete your account at any time through the app or our Delete Account page.
• We may terminate accounts for violations of these Terms with or without notice.
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy within 30 days.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.
